At Halden Marine Service, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following policies regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty claims:
General Policy
Our return and warranty policies apply equally to both online and in-store purchases.
All electronic parts sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any electronic components.
Membrane bags that have been opened are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance.
Returns
Items eligible for return must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must include:

Contact via HaldenMarineService@yahoo.com prior to or at the time of the return. Returns sent without prior contact or identification may be delayed or denied.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is covered under warranty.
Warranty
We honor the manufacturer’s warranty as provided by Spectra.
If a product appears to be defective or may fall under a warranty claim, please contact our office at Halden Marine Service. Warranty claims will follow the same procedures and terms outlined in Spectra’s (or other products) official warranty.
Shipping costs for warranty evaluation (to us and /or manufacturer ) are the responsibility of the customer.
If the part is deemed a warranty-covered issue:
We will cover the cost of Ground shipping within the United States for the replacement part.
Any expedited shipping requested will be billed to the customer.
